How To Create a Short Cut On the Desktop

Right click on the desktop area.->Select new->Select Short Cut->then give the location for the program that you going to create a shortcut by using browse button.(Genarally you can find all these program file within C: Program files folders as well as word,excel,access. those program files included within MS-Office folder) ->After select the location cliock on the next button->then give a name for the shortcut and click finished button. A shortcut means a graphical representation of a program inside the computer.It is a shortway of accessing that program.C:Program files\Microsoft Office\Office\winword.exe
