Karandugala is a rural village where situated in a remote area of Bibile in Sri Lanka.They have no even basic human facilities.Now they are suffering from a great difficulty alias no drinking water.It is effected a long dry season throughout the year.So we suggest that there should be Tube Wells in the village.Like wise They have to face so many difficulties for the want of the electricity.

Its very bad to know that many villages are in lack of even basic human facilities.As a remedy,government should take strict steps to improve the facilities more for the villagers.
