Going to the ms paint and create your design and save it on the desktop.

Write click on the desktop->Select properties->Select Screen saver tab->select 3d flying Object->click on the setting button in start menu box->select texered flat->click on the texture button go to your path and open the file->click on OK->click on the apply and OK button
