Zonal Education Office In Bibile is situated at Medagama.It is going on in a poor level.The director & his staff are not effective.Last wednesday I’ve been there.Although we are teacher, we do not have seats to sit there.There is no functual time to even lunch hour.The Director had left for the lunch untill 3′O clock in the afternoon.I had been awaiting two hours to meet director.The director & staff are not aware of English,Computer literacy and modern technology.We aked him to approve a program called Girls helping Girls that exicuted via the internet and he rejected it at once for the want of awareness.There for it was a vast disadvantages to the children.The schools never can be developed under this situation.
