Mo/Bulupitiya Maha vidyalaya has no adequate teachers. So the process of learning-teaching is confused. Even the teachers who compledet the remote service period, are not allowe to transfered. But there are teachers more than enough in the urbern schools. There is not a recognized transfering policy in Sri lanka.
